Returns & Exchanges

  • Print-on-Demand Products: Since our items are custom-made for each order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. Please choose your size, color, and design carefully before placing your order.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're here to help! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We'll review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Wrong Item: In the rare event you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll make it right by sending you the correct item.

Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Items: Due to the nature of print-on-demand, we do not offer refunds on custom-made items unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.

  • Refund Process: If your return or exchange is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.

Cancellations

  • Order Changes or Cancellations: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order is sent to production and cannot be changed or canceled.
