Samantha's Take Away

If you're in the medical or mental health field I definitely recommend this book! I find we often talk about the "mind/body" as if they are two, but really the mind is part of the body and we can't seperetae them. Dr. Burke closes the gap between "mind and body" we truly see how much they are connected. She uses real examples to really make it hit home.

Rating 8/10

Great for those who work in the medical or mental health field! If you're not it's still interesting but perhaps not a must read.
