LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Whether you're a therapist or just someone whose looking to better themselves this is a book for you. "Your thoughts, behaviors and actions are 100% yours" Such a simple way to put it, but so true! You are the only one who can change the position you're in. Therapists, friends, families, significant others can help and support but ultimately it's up to you!
